Most residential installations are completed in a single day. If the job involves significant ductwork changes or an electrical upgrade it can run into a second day, which we will tell you about upfront during the estimate.
The right size comes from a proper load calculation based on your home's square footage, insulation, windows, ceiling height and layout, not a rule of thumb. An oversized unit cools fast but leaves the air clammy, while an undersized one runs nonstop, so correct sizing matters.
We work with financing options and can point you toward current manufacturer rebates and efficiency incentives. Ask our team during your consultation and we will lay out what is available for your project.
Pricing depends on the size, efficiency rating and type of system, plus any duct or electrical work needed. We provide a detailed written quote after an in-home assessment so you can compare options with no pressure.
A higher SEER rating means better efficiency and lower running costs, but the ideal balance depends on how many hours your system runs and your budget. In Florida's long cooling season a mid-to-high SEER unit often pays for itself through lower bills, and we will walk you through the trade-offs.
